After battling a knee injury and not being able to play netball for over a year, I have worked hard on rehabilitating my knee so that I am able to compete at a top level again starting December 2015. I have been seeing a Personal Trainer not only to help with my rehab, but also to motivate me through a variety of different sessions. With my trainer I have seen great improvements to my cardio fitness and an increase in my strength – something I didn’t think was possible.
Combined with my PT sessions and working at Exodus for over 5 years, I now have a great knowledge of exercise and how it can benefit my lifestyle.
