Say hello to Exodus’ newest Group Fitness class. Ex-Press is designed to significantly boost your ability to tone and strengthen muscle without bulking. We are introducing this class to two time slots: Wednesday at 6:30pm and Saturday at 10:30am. Come along and check it out!

Compared to Pump; in Ex-Press you will look to lift more weight with more rest and use a wider range of cool exercise equipment such as power bags and kettle-bells. And just like Pump you will be getting an excellent and effective whole-body workout that will tone and strengthen all the muscle groups important to you.

What you need to bring to your class

Come along in comfortable gym wear that is easy to move in. A sweat towel and water bottle will be most helpful too.
