Join our expert PT Brent Richens for this variety packed 8 week group fitness program including new physical challenges from week to week.

Progress points measured start, middle and finish (weeks 1,4 & 8). If you want a structured routine with varied weekly sessions then you’ve come to the right place.

Weekly focus will be on different Muscle Groups and will include weekly challenges.

COSTS:

$30 Per Week    (2 x 60min Sessions)

Total Cost $240 (covers all 8 weeks)

TIMES:

Tuesday 6:00am – 7:00am

Thursday 6:00am – 7:00am
