Group Fitness Autumn Timetable

Hey Everyone! Check out our Group Fitness timetable for the Autumn period below.

The first changes start on Tuesday 3rd April with Pump replacing Ex-Press on Wednesday nights, Tabata replacing Ex-Press on Saturday mornings and HIIT 45 replacing TopRide on Sunday mornings.

We look forward to seeing you in one of the studios for some awesome Group Fitness.
