Lost motivation during winter? What better way than to jump on board with a few friends and get moving. This challenge is the perfect way to step up your training, make some healthy changes to your life, create new healthy habits that will stick and get rid of the bad ones. This challenge is based on a point system, Sasha will having you moving your bodies each day, eating healthy wholesome foods without massive restrictions or unrealistic expectations and will help you find a positive outlook on exercise and nutrition that will have you coming back for more.

2 Personal Training sessions P/W
Monday & Wednesdays 6:00am

Tailored Exercise Programmes
Nutrition Plan by Learn to Nourish (optional)
– 1 hour workshop on meal prepping
– 1 hour workshop on healthier ingredient options
– Multiple recipes
Private Facebook page and/or email each week

Earn points by attending Personal Training sessions, workshops, completing exercise homework and mini challenges. The person at the end of the 8 weeks who has accumulated the most points will win!
