8 Week Transformation Challenge

Summer is here!

Get moving by joining Sasha’s first 8 Week Transformation Challenge for the year in 2018 and get moving this summer.

Start date: Monday 22th January and finishes 14th March.

What better way to start the year than to get moving and jump on board this challenge with a few friends. This challenge is the perfect way to step up your training, make some healthy changes to your life, create new healthy habits that will stick and get rid of the bad ones.

This challenge is based on a point system which will have you moving your bodies each day, eating healthy, wholesome foods without massive restrictions or unrealistic expectations. Sasha will help you develop a positive outlook towards exercise and nutrition that will have you coming back for more.

Earn points by attending PT sessions, workshops, completing exercise homework and mini challenges. The person at the end of the 8 weeks who has accumulated the most points will win.

So what are you waiting for, get your friends and family together and lets kick off 2018 in style.
