Power is a barbell based weights class focusing on increasing muscle strength and endurance. This is a whole body workout that is based off the principle of muscular overload. Power will tone and strengthen your whole body creating lengthened and shaped muscles. You can choose how much weight you wish to add to your workout.

Come along in comfortable gym wear that is easy to move in. A sweat towel and waterbottle will also come in handy.
All equipment required for the class is here at the gym waiting for you to arrive – steps, barbells, safety clips, plates and dumbells. If you have experience in this style of training you are welcome to also bring along grip gloves – but these are not a necessity.
