Fitlinxx

Exodus is setting a new standard in Health Club excellence by becoming New Zealand's first and only club to introduce the intelligent Fitlinxx system, with the largest fit out ever seen in the Southern Hemisphere.

Each Exodus member who opts for a program will have access to Fitlinxx.

Fitlinxx is a computerised system that attaches directly to fitness equipment, adding an extraordinary "intelligent" dimension to member's workouts.  Fitlinxx adapts to the users' exercise programmes, and coaches members individually through their workout for better form, safety and confidence during every exercise, and tracks their progress over time.

On strength equipment, Fitlinxx is an easy-to-read touch-screen display that is attached to the machine.  On cardiovascular equipment, each machine's existing console is networked to Fitlinxx.  You simply tap in your PIN number and your targets are displayed.  Fitlinxx then coaches you on speed, form, heart rate, etc, and tracks the workout session - every rep, set and step. The system also allows members to record outside activities such as tennis, swimming and golf, therefore taking all exercise and activities into account.

All the exercise machines are networked into a central database, providing members and staff access to a wealth of information on individual's progress and a unique set of motivational tools.  Members can track their progress on workout-floor kiosks and anytime/anywhere on the web.

The Fitlinxx system originated in 1993 and has over 1 million users' worldwide in countries such as USA, England, Dubai and Australia.
