I have been involved with Martial art and boxing for many years. Since taking up Martial arts at the age of five, I have gained black belts in Karate, Mixed martial arts kickboxing and have represented NZ in tae-kwon-do.
I am an experienced instructor and have run box-fit and group classes all over NZ.
