‘Hey everyone I'm Rachael the Group Fitness Manager for Exodus Health and Fitness Club! I have participated in Group Fitness classes for the past ten years and been teaching for four years. I'm extremely passionate about how exercise can benefit everyone's lives and I love to make every class challenging, motivating and most of all FUN...so you want to come back harder, faster and stronger!
Currently at Exodus I am teaching Exo-Circuit but I am also certified in Radical Fitness Power and Fight Do (soon to be Top Ride also). You may also see me from time to time pop in to a Pilates class as I am qualified in this also.
So I'm the go-to-gal with any questions or queries about Group Fitness and don't be shy, come and introduce yourself when you see me around the club, I'd love to meet you all!
