Hi my name is Meghan Gorman, I am currently teaching yoga at Exodus on a Tuesday evening. I have been teaching in the fitness Industry for around seven years, both in gym's and Private Studio's. My area's of expertise covers Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga. I have also coached one-on-one rehabilitation and preganancy yoga. My training incudes a variety of yoga styles covering Astanga Yoga, Iyengar and Hatha. My teachers include Andre Moffat, Vincent Boletta and Mande White. I come from a background of professional dance having trained in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Latin and Hip Hop. I am also part-way through a degree in Applied Science-Human Anatomy and Physiology Pathway. My teaching encompasses all the styles I have trained in and I teach from a strong human anatomy angle. Imparting body knowledge that can be used both in yoga classes and in any other training you are invloved in at the gym.
Yoga is a practice which provides a myriad of benefits for both the mind and body. A discipline I hold very close to my heart and which I look forward to sharing with you.
