Kia ora! So here to talk all about the wonders of Group Fitness are, Me, Myself and I :)
I first took an interest in group fitness at the age of 15 (tagging along with me mother at the time, Thank you Mum!) becoming so inspired from the person in front of me screaming and shouting at me to kick here and there made my light bulb flash so bright, I was given that inch and my mission was now to take the mile! I wanted to be the next one to inspire! Coming from a sporting background fitness has always played a big part of my life so group fitness was not unfamiliar in requiring the energy and motivation!
From there I discovered the most high motivational group fitness program's produced by Radical Fitness International. I currently teach two of these program's twice a week at exodus, Monday 5.30pm Fight-Do and Tuesday 7pm Top-Ride.
