WHAT IS ZUMBA?

Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating!

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

CLASS TIMES. Class times can be found on our Group Fitness timetable in the foyer, on printed copies at reception, or on our web site.

WHERE TO GO. Group Exercise studio

WHAT TO WEAR. Wear comfortable workout gear that allows you to move easily, and comfortable workout shoes.

WHAT TO BRING. A sweat towel and a drink bottle.

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE? Zumba is suitable for all levels of fitness.

HOW COORDINATED DO I NEED TO BE? The moves are simple and easy to follow. 

NEED MORE HELP OR INFO? Talk to your Zumba instructor. Your instructor is there to help you get the most out of your Zumba class.
