WHAT IS TOP RIDE?

Designed by Radical Fitness International Master Trainers and presenters, TOP RIDE is the best indoor cycling program created specifically to meet the demands of all lovers of Cycle. TOP RIDE offers 3 different rides - Full Day, Race & Climb.

The varied, fun and very motivating TOP RIDE classes help you burn fat and relieves stress quickly and effectively, working aerobically for 50 minutes. Mainly tones buttocks and legs, making a great improvement of Cardio Circulatory and Respiratory Systems.

Top Ride assimilates the action of road, track and mountain biking and recreates these styles within the unique environment of indoor cycling. Combined with a backdrop of great music and motivating instructors to lead and inspire you, this is the ultimate ride.

New music and choreography is released four times per year, keeping your Top Ride workouts fresh and exciting!

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

CLASS TIMES. Class times can be found on our Group Fitness timetable in the foyer, on printed copies at reception, or on our web site.

WHERE TO GO. Spin studio. Arrive early for your first Top Ride class so your instructor can help set you up on your bike

WHAT TO WEAR. Wear comfortable workout gear. Cycling shorts are recommended for extra comfort, but not essential. Another option is a gel seat for added comfort. The pedals on our bikes can accommodate cycling shoes with cleats if you wish to use cycling shoes, but ordinary trainers are fine.

WHAT TO BRING. A sweat towel and a drink bottle.

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE? Because you are always in control of your resistance and speed, and therefore the intensity of your workout, Top Ride is suitable for all fitness levels.

HOW COORDINATED DO I NEED TO BE? No coordination required!

NEED MORE HELP OR INFO? Talk to your Top Ride instructor. Your instructor is there to help you get the most out of your Top Ride class. 

HOW DO I BOOK MY BIKE?Our Top Ride booking folder is located underneath the Group Fitness Timetable.  When you are in the gym you can see what times are available and simply book on in!
