WHAT IS FIGHT-DO?
Designed by Radical Fitness International Master Trainers and presenters, FIGHT-DO Is an imaginary Fight to the beat of the music to one or several opponents combining the best of Boxing and Martial Arts! The Fight-Do moves are choreographed to motivating music, and the class is led by Fight-Do® certified instructors. The instructors are trained to not only give you a workout, but to give you an experience!
Punches, elbows, kicks, knees, blocks and jump ropes give you a fun and highly effective class.
New music and choreography is released four times per year, keeping your Fight-Do® workouts fresh and exciting!
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
CLASS TIMES. Class times can be found on our Group Fitness timetable in the foyer, on printed copies at reception, or on our web site.
WHERE TO GO. Group exercise studio WHAT TO WEAR Wear comfortable workout gear that allows you to move easily, and comfortable workout shoes.
WHAT TO BRING. A Sweat towel and a drink bottle HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE? Fight-Do will help you get fitter! If you are not very fit, pace yourself through the class. After a few weeks of doing Fight-Do your fitness will increase and in no time at all you will be "fighting fit!".
HOW COORDINATED DO I NEED TO BE? The combinations used are simple and repetitive allowing you to pick up the moves easily.
