WHAT IS EXOCIRCUIT?

ExoCircuit is a circuit style class which incorporates cardiovascular exercise, resistance exercise as well as core and abdominal training.  Created on site by our very own talented team of fitness experts, ExoCircuit uses a combination of body weight exercises as well as fitness apparatus to give you a workout that is efficient and effective, toning and defining your muscles and giving you a great calorie burn!

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

CLASS TIMES. Class times can be found on our Group Fitness timetable in the foyer, on printed copies at reception, or on our web site at www.exodusclub.co.nz.

WHERE TO GO. Group exercise studio

WHAT TO WEAR. Comfortable workout gear that allows you to move easily, and comfortable workout shoes.

WHAT TO BRING. Sweat towel and drink bottle

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE? ExoCircuit class is for everyone!  The exercises used in ExoCircuit are able to be modified to accommodate all abilities and fitness levels.

HOW COORDINATED DO I NEED TO BE? The exercises are basic and simple.  Little to no coordination required!
