WHAT IS POWER CARDIO?

Power Cardio brings the gym weights workout into the exciting and fun filled group exercise studio with an instructor and awesome music!

Designed and choreographed by Radical Fitness International Master Trainers and presenters, Power Cardio utilizes the weight training principle of progressive loading. Combined with cardio work, Power Cardio is one of the most efficient and effective workouts around! A great option if you are short on time.

New music and choreography is released four times per year, keeping your Power Cardio workouts fresh and exciting!

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

CLASS TIMES. Class times can be found on our Group Fitness timetable in the foyer, on printed copies at reception, or on our web site.

WHERE TO GO. Group Exercise studio

WHAT TO WEAR. Wear comfortable workout gear that allows you to move easily, and comfortable workout shoes.

WHAT TO BRING. A sweat towel and a drink bottle.

DO I NEED TO HAVE DONE WEIGHT TRAINING BEFORE? Not at all. Power Cardio can be done by just about anybody. For your first class arrive 15 minutes early so that your instructor can help you set up your equipment. They will help you choose the right weights for your level of fitness.

HOW COORDINATED DO I NEED TO BE? Very little coordination is needed for the Power Cardio weights component. The cardio tracks use simple repetitions and combinations, and you will pick them up in no time!

NEED MORE HELP OR INFO? Talk to your Power Cardio instructor. Your instructor is there to help you get the most out of your Power Cardio class.
