WHAT IS MEGA DANZ?

Mega Danz is a dance programme that everyone can do! Designed by Radical Fitness International Master Trainers and presenters, Mega Danz features the coolest dance styles of Latin, Hip-Hop, Jazz and many more into amazingly simple and fun routines.

New music and choreography is released four times per year, keeping your Mega Danz workouts fresh and exciting.

Mega Danz will see you movin' and shakin' off those excess calories and having the time of your life doing it!

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

CLASS TIMES. Class times can be found on our Group Fitness timetable in the foyer, on printed copies at reception, or on our web site.

WHERE TO GO. Group Exercise studio

WHAT TO WEAR. Wear comfortable workout gear that allows you to move easily, and comfortable workout shoes.

WHAT TO BRING. A sweat towel and a drink bottle.

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE? Mega Danz is suitable for all levels of fitness.

HOW COORDINATED DO I NEED TO BE? The choreography is developed with simple movements, and progresses in such a way that makes following the routines easy.
