What is Corefit Cardio?

Corefit Cardio is a circuit style class which will target both your core muscles and cardiovascular fitness. Created on the site by our own talented team of fitness experts, Corefit Cardio uses the Swiss ball and other fitness apparatus to strengthen and define your abs and core. Core work is interspersed with high intensity cardio exercises to increase your fitness and get a great calorie burn!

The class structure and design ensures that Corefit Cardio is safe and effective and easy to follow. While the class runs to a backdrop of great music, the moves are not choreographed to the music, making this perfect for those who like a no nonsense straight forward workout.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

CLASS TIMES. Class times can be found on our Group Fitness timetable in the foyer, on printed copies at reception, or on our website.

WHERE TO GO. Group exercise studio

WHAT TO WEAR.  Wear comfortable workout gear that allows you to move easily, and comfortable workout shoes.

WHAT TO BRING.  Sweat towel and drink bottle.

HOW FIT I NEED TO BE?  Corefit Cardio class is for everyone! The exercises used in Corefit Cardio are able to be modified to accommodate all abilities and fitness levels.

HOW COORDINATED DO I NEED TO BE? The exercises are basic and simple. Little to no coordination required!
