Exodus Health & Fitness currently has over 66 pieces of technologically advanced cardiovascular fitness equipment in Wellington. Added feature of the cardiovascular equipment are the LCD monitors which displays several of your favourite channels ranging from SKY Sport, SKY News, TV1, 2, 3, Entertainment and to a continuous music channel to get your toes tapping.  Attached to each piece of equipment is fitlinxx, first of its kind in a Wellington gym.

Cardiovascular fitness also called cardio respiratory fitness is the ability of the lungs to provide oxygen to the blood and the heart to transport the oxygenated blood to the cells of the body.  It is also the ability of the body to sustain an activity for an extended period of time.

Cardiovascular fitness is the most important aspect of any fitness program. Cardiovascular fitness should be the mainstay of any fitness program.
