I have been working in the Health and Fitness Industry since 1992. I have been Personal Training for the last 9 years. I have worked with many elite athletes in fields as diverse as surfing, motorcross, bodybuilding, squash and tennis.
One of my favourite pastimes is boxing and kickboxing. This is a skill that I love to teach, as it gives people confidence and is fantastic for all over conditioning.
Tried and proven workout techniques is what I can offer you. Time spent with me will be as much an education as a workout. Often described as "hard yet fair" my training philosophy is simple.
