My philosophy of training is to work with you till you no longer need me, that is, you have the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure you achieve your goals.
To make a change in your lifestyle, you need all 3 of the following:
•1. The desire to change (lose weight, get fitter etc)
•2. The knowledge on how to change (types of exercise and nutrition advice)
•3. The skills to actually do it (exercise technique, time management, reading food labels)
If you have the desire to look toned for summer, to be able to carry the shopping across the supermarket car park to your car without breaking into a sweat, or even simply to have more energy at 3pm in the afternoon so you feel like coming to the gym, I can give you the knowledge and skills to achieve it.
