I have enjoyed exercise and sport my whole life. Over the last 14 years I have played squash (social), indoor netball, canoe polo and hockey. Canoe polo was one of my favorite, which my school team and I managed to come second in New Zealand at the under 19 nationals. I enjoy the competitive side to sport and really enjoy the team environment.  

I have been working in the fitness industry for over three years now and have loved every minute of it. I really enjoy helping out members at the gym whether it helping someone with an exercise or taking a Corefit Cardio class or even just having a chat.
